AT&T customers can now effortlessly add international features to a wireless plan. Scanning, comparing, and enhancing understanding of add-on plans are now simplified, reducing upper funnel abandonment. Effectively unified the add-on experience across both account and upper funnel pathways.
Case Study 03: Everest Global Insurance Data Visualization
Employee turnover and extreme displeasure due to legacy, disjointed, and divided enterprise products damage Everest Global. Creating a consistent use of color, language, and interaction reduced internal churn and constructed a single outcome across multiple environments.
