Case Study 02: AT&T Credit Policy

Projected to save AT&T -/+ $10 million annually in fraudulent losses, and generate -/+ $14 million annually by retaining new acquisitions within the buy flow. Completely thrilled would-be new customers (in user-testing) by recommending alternative downpayment and/or mobile device options.
